Childhood memories. Swings. Play. Nostalgia. When was the last time you remembered what it was like to be a child?
One of the best things about black and white photography is it’s ability to create “timeless” imagery.
I took this photograph at a park near our home in Midland, TX. I’m sort of dreading the winter months coming. It means shorter evenings and less trips to the park with out kiddos.
Truthfully, here in the Permian Basin, we don’t suffer really cold winters. So perhaps we’ll be able to bundle the kiddos in warmer sweaters and still make those little expeditions?
Here’s to being hopeful for great weather to come.
