Best way to ensure your kids' access to music/art/drama education? Home school them!
Among the three of them, my kids are in dance, art, art history, photography, drama, and band
(concert, jazz, and marching band) every week. And no federal, state, or county government
gets to tell them (or me) whether they will or won't do any of those things. I know it's not possible/practical
for everybody, but it is an option to keep on the table.

As you might guess, I'm also in total agreement on taking the kiddos to plays, concerts, art museums,
science museums, etc. Every chance we get. They eat it up.
