So, in an effort to do more networking outside of the Internet (yeah, that means like in real life!), I had a good old fashioned cup of joe with Maria Elena Duron of The Buzz 101 and Buzz2Bucks.
The pleasure, truly, was all mine. Maria was such a nice and engaging person with a genuine smile and such a wonderful enthusiasm for this new media and online social networking.
Unfortunately, I did most of the talking (it’s hard to shut me up some times), but on the flip side, that just means we’ll have to meet up again in the very near future.
I was able to find out about some of the new and great happenings here in West Texas, specifically, about a new business here in Midland, TX.
I’ll be contacting the gentleman behind that business because I find it fascinating and think you would to. Hmmm, I smell interview?!
So, if you’re a local (anywhere in West Texas within a couple of hours of Midland, TX) blogger or artist then hit me up. I’m really trying to meet everyone I can because I love that there are such good local artists and bloggers.
Also, if you’re local, and want to learn a little about blogging because you’re interested in it, hit me up. I certainly don’t mind letting you pick my brain. I haven’t put myself out there enough in the local community and I want to meet people.
We can talk art, photography, blogging, networking, or anything really.
