    wow. It takes courage to speak out against the “Microsoft” of the coffee industry. I agree that they charge way too much for their coffee. However, I will say one good thing. The few times I have been there, they have been really friendly and helpful. In this market (Midland/Odessa), Good service is hard to come by. At least they are doing that right :)

    But, for those at home who are keeping score, the good service wasn’t enough to undo all of the bad things you previously brought up.

    Your blog entry was a great read. Keep up the rants :)
