Venting

I’m really frustrated with my apartment complex management team right now.  It’s been several months that we’ve been trying to get several things fixed to no avail.  At last contact they seem to be trying to work with us, but I’m not going to hold my breath.  If this doesn’t turn around quickly and professionally I will resort to standards below my usual nice guy routine.  I’m not afraid to start a complaint website about their company and hold off rent in the process.  I’ll use every SEO tactic in the book to ensure that both the company I speak of and any shareholders or future investors know exactly what’s been going on.

Here’s the deal.  I live in one of the most expensive apartments in my town and that in itself should warrant stellar customer service and support.  The sub par treatment we’ve received has been atrocious.

I wonder what the local newspaper thinks about this?  I happen to know a reporter over there and I know they love this kind of stuff.  The customer service in this whole town has gone down the toilet.  Isn’t customer service and overall friendliness supposed to be a staple in small town USA?

Sounds like a new column for the newspaper is in order.  I might be making a couple of phone calls after I hit publish.

I agree with you 100% I know it is a negative thing to say, but it is very rare that I receive customer service that is even considered “acceptable” Hopefully more people will move here and this will improve. I’m sorry to read about your apartment trouble, they can’t keep up the place but they sure don’t have any problem raising your rent every six months do they? :)

This is by far the most I’ve ever spent on an apartment and I’ve lived in Lubbock and Denton. This is also the worst handling of maintenence I’ve ever had to deal with. The longest lease they will let us sign is 9 months, with raised rents every renewal!
